Foreign trade volumes and new dimensions of international trade that had been caught recently, have made impossible to realize trade and logistics through old and traditional rules, although the trade restrictions(tariff,quota, tax and other restrictions) that have been imposing on world trade
 
At this junction, International Economics which has formerly interested in tariffs, quotas, trade restrictions and theories of those, has now started to interest in new concepts and technologies like, Logistics and Logistics Management with a supply chain perspective.
 
Logistics has enabled the companies that to reach their products to the end- consumers without having distance concern, and to contribute them in realizing their global objective functions in an international trade environment that international competition has become cut-throat and increasing market shares have become almost impossible.
